Analytics
Without a configured identifier, there is no analytics and no banner. When one exists, Google Analytics will only load after clicking “Accept analytics”. If you reject, the script is not loaded. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time from “Manage analytics”, at the bottom of every page.
Storage
localStorage only retains your decision about analytics. I do not use browser storage to save form data. The internal panel may use sessionStorage for temporary non-sensitive state.
Cookies
I don't set my own cookies in this version of the website. Google Analytics may create them only after your consent.
Formulario
When you submit the form, your name, email address and message are sent over HTTPS to STRATO’s hosting service and arrive in the studio’s private inbox so I can respond to your enquiry. I don’t publish your address or use this data for advertising. The form doesn’t save drafts in your browser or keep a message database. To prevent abuse, the server logs identifiers derived from the connection and submission, along with their timestamps, without the message’s name, email address or text. These logs expire after two hours and are purged when a new submission is received. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to people who voluntarily contact the studio; when you request steps ahead of a contract, the basis is responding to that pre-contractual request. Providing the form fields is necessary for me to respond. No profiling or automated decisions are carried out.
Data controller and enquiries
The data controller for this website is Óscar Aparisi Sancho, Estudio SKR. You can use the form to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing, and, where applicable, request data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Messages remain in the studio’s email while I handle your enquiry and for any necessary follow-up.
